Ann Marie Segers, 78 of Woodstock, passed away Monday, May 16, 2022, at her residence. Visitation will be Saturday, May 21st from 2-8pm and Sunday, May 22nd from 2-6pm at Darby Funeral Home. The funeral will be Monday, May 23rd at 12pm in the chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Chaplain Dana "BooBoo" McPhereson and Rev. Scott Deal officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery at 2:30pm.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard DeBruyne and her sister, Dorothy Verheye. She is survived by:
Husband - James Aaron Segers of Woodstock
Son - John R. (Brenda) Roberts of Acworth
Daughter - Kathleen M. Roberts Edwards of Marietta
Step-Daughter - Michelle Grady of Acworth
Sister - Janet Staton of Granger IN.
Sister-in-Law - Betty DeBruyne of Granger, IN.
Grandchildren - Dr. Laura Roberts (Michael Larson), Allison Roberts (J.D. Childers), Daniel Edwards
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Safe Kids of Georgia in her memory.
