Annette Hennessy, 97, widow of James Hennessy, died Sunday October 3, 2021. She was a member of the Cathedral of Christ the King and was involved in volunteer work at Christ the King School, Educational TV, and as a member of the Lexington Woman's Club.
She is survived by four daughters – Colleen (Bill) Perkins, Charlene Hennessy, Marian Stamper, and Kathleen (Brian) Bogie, three grandchildren – Dewey (Heather) Perkins, Shannon (Daniel Wiseman) Kelly, Christie (Elaina) Bogie, and four great grandchildren – Kira Hennessy, Austin Perkins, Lily Perkins, and Phoebe Perkins. She is also survived by a brother, Owen (Lee) Dignan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Edward Dignan, sister Mary Coogan, and brothers Edward Dignan and Peter Dignan.
Visitation will be Thursday October 21st from 4-7pm at W.R. Milward Mortuary-Southland. Funeral services will be at the Cathedral of Christ The King, Friday October 22nd at 11:30am, interment following in Camp Nelson National Cemetery at 1:30pm.
