Surrounded by his family, Bennie M Watts left his earthly home on August 28, 2015 to meet his Lord & Savior, his loving family and friends on his new journey to his eternal home. Visitation for Mr. Watts will take place on Sunday, August 30, 2015 from 2-6 PM, and on Monday, August 31, 2015 from 4-8 PM at Darby Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Pastor Alan Daniels officiating. Interment will follow in the Georgia National Cemetery at 2:00 PM. Mr. Watts is survived by wife Ruth Watts of Roswell, Ga; son Mike & Becky Jones of Canton, Ga; daughter Michele & Mike Fitzpatrick of Portsmith, Va; brother Tommy Watts of Griffin, Ga; brother Joe Watts of Buchanan, Ga; brother Billy Watts of Smyrna, Ga; sister Anita Sennott of Crystal River, Fl; and five grandchildren also survive.
