Carter Harris Densmore, age 92 of Canton, passed away on December 7, 2018 at Canton Nursing Center. Visitation will take place on Sunday, December 9, 2018 from 2:00-6:00 p.m. at Darby Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home. Reverend Horace Richards and Reverend Gary Coffey will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Macedonia Memorial Park. Mr. Densmore is survived by his son, Kenneth & Teresa Densmore of Havelock, NC; sister-in-law Barbara Densmore; sister-in-law Dorothy Densmore; three grandchildren: Ken Densmore, Michael Densmore, and Suheil Ross; thirteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
