Cheryl Susan Nichols Ellis, age 68 of Ball Ground, passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021 at her residence. The family will receive friends at Darby Funeral Home on Saturday, October 30th from 3-8pm and Sunday, October 31st from 1-3pm. The funeral will be on Sunday, October 31st at 3pm in the chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Dr. Wallace Walraven, Dr. Lynn Johnson, and Dr. Donna Walraven officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia Memorial Park. She is survived by:
Husband - Dr. Marvin L. Ellis Sr. of Ball Ground
Daughter - Celena (John) Pierce of Griffin
Son - Richard Ellis of Macon
Sister - Diane Nichols Dempsey of Waleska
Sister - Linda Nichols Hasty of Canton
Sister - Janis Nichols (Scott) Farr of Woodstock
2 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by her parents, Dr William H. & Martha Nichols
