Ms. Breeden is survived by her daughter; Candace (Stephen) Morgan, Woodstock, GA, sons; Brian (Glenestine) Tallman, Ball Ground, GA, Keith Joshua Tallman, Marietta, GA, sister; Margaret Williams, Jacksonville, FL, 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
