Connie L. Grazier passed away at age 85 on September 5, 2019 after a short illness.
Connie was born July 28, 1934 in Centre County, PA to John and Virginia (Woomer) Musser. She graduated from beauticians' school and married Donald 'Don' E. Grazier on September 8, 1956. They resided several years in California before returning to Millheim, PA where Connie was a hair stylist, school bus driver with the Penns Valley Area High School system, and a volunteer EMT with the Millheim Fire and Rescue Department.
The family moved to Midland, TX in 1980 and resided there for 30 years. Connie took her love of gardening and translated her green thumb into her own floriculture vocation serving Midland oil and gas business offices while continuing to drive school buses for the Midland ISD. "Miss Connie" was adored by her young passengers throughout her long driving career. She competed in and won many competitive bus driving 'rodeo' competitions and was an avid collector of school bus themed items.
Connie relocated to Ball Ground, GA in 2011. Connie was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Don. She is survived by her brother, Robert Musser (Vera) of Centre Hall, PA; her son, John 'Mark' Grazier of Albuquerque, NM; her daughter, Lee Ann Marble (Christopher) of Ball Ground, GA; one granddaughter, Emma Reed Grazier of Amherst, MA; and several in-laws, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Connie's life and her internment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the American Heart Association. The family invites you to share your memories of Connie by visiting the virtual guest book at
