Survivors include Daughter, Janet Lamanna, Canton, GA; Sons, Charles Napoleon, Burlington Township, NJ; Frank Napoleon Jr., Mesa, AZ; Brother, Harold Smith, Loganville, GA; 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren. The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
