Dorothy Josephine Yohan, 99 of Canton, passed away Monday, May 16, 2022, at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, June 21st at 9am at Georgia National Cemetery. She is survived by:
Son - Michael (Janice) Yohan of Canton
Son - Richard J. (Christiana) Yohan of Jasper
Daughter - Karen T. Yohan (Gary) Abbey of East Lake, OH.
Grandchildren - Tasha Marie Yohan, Kara Leigh Brake, Kai Leigh Messenger, Ella Ann Marie Yohan.
She was a loving mother who gave all she had to the devotion of her family. She enjoyed reading, sewing, cooking and even ceramics when she was in better health. She enjoyed family time and laughing with friends. She loved her desserts, especially when they contained something chocolate. She also enjoyed when people would tell her " You don't look ninety nine years old". She touched many people who came into contact with her through her sweet spirit.
She was a member of Rising Hills Church in Canton.
