Esta Louise (Roach) McCard, age 96 of Ball Ground passed away on Monday, February 29, 2016 at the Canton Nursing Center. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 from 6PM-9PM at Darby Funeral Home. A graveside service is scheduled for Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 11AM at Cherokee Memorial Park with Rev. Horace Richards officiating. She is survived by a son: Jerry (Ann) McCard of Ball Ground and was lovingly called "Mama Louise" by granddaughters: Cindy (Terry) Turner of Ball Ground and Jerry Ann (Robby) Hales of Adairesville; grandchildren: Ben (Jessica) Turner, Josh Turner, Erin Turner, Rachel Turner, Joseph Hales, Emma Hales: great grandchildren: Charlie Grace Turner, Henry Turner, Lucy Jane Turner. A sister-in-law Sue Roach of Heflin, AL, and several nieces and nephews also survive. The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
