Felton Motes, 84 of Nelson, Georgia passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at Pruitt Health in Jasper, Georgia.
Born Tuesday, January 19, 1937 in Marietta, Georgia. He was a poultry farmer.
Surviving are his wife, Sherry Bales Motes of Nelson, sister, Patricia Anderson of Kennesaw, nephews, nieces, and great nephews and nieces also survive.
A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday at the Darby Funeral Home Chapel located at 480 E. Main St. Canton, Georgia 30114 with Pastor Chuck Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at Darby Funeral Home from 11am to 1pm. Interment will be in Sawnee View Gardens, Cumming, GA.
