Forrest Smith White, age 89 of Canton, passed away on March 2, 2017 at his residence. Visitation services will take place on Sunday, March 5, 2017 from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at Darby Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 6, 2017 at Orange United Methodist Church. Rev. Mark Outlaw will officiate the service. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. White is survived by son Michael & Tabby White of Canton, GA; daughter Sheree & Bill Martin of Valley, AL; brother Harry & Pat White of Canton, GA; grandchildren: Aimee Martin, Melissa Shumaker, Michael White, Emily Hill, and Tracy Martin; and great-grandchild Roid Hill. He was preceded in death by wife Meree Cronan White of Canton; daughter Sabrina Meree White, and grandson Andy Martin.
