James Edward Watkins, age 80 of Canton, passed away on Tuesday, December 8th at Northside Hospital Cherokee. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 15th at 9am at Georgia National Cemetery. A service will follow at 11am in the chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Kinnersley officiating. He is survived by:
Daughter - Jimmy (Scott) Starrett of Canton
Daughter - Lynnette Crossland of Douglasville
Son - Charles (Paige) Watkins of Cedartown
Brother - Thomas Watkins of Florida
5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren also survive.
