Jaylen Jackson Shears age 18 weeks went to be with the Lord Thursday November 21, 2019 at Egelston Children's Hospital of Atlanta.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00PM Friday November 29, 2019 from the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Reverend Chuck Jones officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00AM until the funeral hour.
Jaylen is survived by his mother; Kaitlyn Shears, Acworth, GA, father; Michael Thomas Southern, Acworth, GA, grandmother; Haley Mitchell, Toccoa, GA, grandmother; Wendy Martin, Conyers, GA, great grandmother; Denny Holmes, Canton, GA, great grandfather; Doug (Elise) Holmes, Charlotte, NC, uncles; Cody Southern, Conyers, GA, Louis Huerta, Conyers, GA, aunt; Haylee Lummus, Conyers, GA, great uncle; Dian Jackson Holmes, Canton, GA.
