Jerre Boyd Goodmon, age 70 of Woodstock, GA passed away at his residence Tuesday September 9, 2014. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00PM Saturday September 13, 2014 from the Chapel at Darby Funeral Home. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00AM until the funeral hour. Interment with full Military Honors will be held at Georgia National Cemetery at 10:00AM on Monday September 15, 2014. Mr. Goodmon served in the Airforce for 22 years, 5 tours in Vietnam flying the B-52 Bomber and later the F-111. He was an instructor of pilot instructors for the Airforce as well. After his military career he worked for Boston Technology. He is survived by his wife; Beverly Love Goodmon, Woodstock, GA, son; Troy David (Shelley) Goodmon, Quincy, MA.
