Jerry Alton Webb, 87, died August 3, at his home in Duluth, GA.
He was a native of Gulfport, MS, but spent most of his
remaining years in areas of Atlanta, GA.
His parents, Charles and Lillian Webb, preceded him in death, as did
his older son, Jerald Bart Webb, and his brothers Charles Webb, Jr.
and Robert Webb.
Surviving are:
His wife, Beryl Parks Webb, his son, Barry Alton Webb (Lisa);
his daughter, Emmy Webb Powell (James); and five grandchildren: Shelby Webb, Jeremy Webb, Alexandra Powell, Sabrina Powell,
and Julia Powell; and others, a cousin Jeanie Beattie Plant; nephews
Dr. Gary Webb, Charles Webb, III, and Robert Webb, Jr; and nieces
Robin, Rose, and Valerie Webb.
The remains will be at Darby Funeral Home, Canton, GA, through the service on Thursday, and then transferred to the GA National Cemetery for burial.
