JoAnn Groover, 86 of Ball Ground, passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at Northside Hospital Cherokee. Visitation will be Sunday, November 12th from 12-1:30pm at Darby Funeral Home. The service will follow at 2pm in the chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Rev. Nathan Brandon and Rev. Cliff Pace officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park. She is survived by:
Daughter - Debbie (Doug) Buckner of Ball Ground
Son - Joey (Tracy) Groover of Centre, AL.
Son - Robert (Nancy) Groover of Sevierville, TN.
Grandchildren - Elizabeth Williams, B.J. Groover, Bryan Buckner, Kristopher Groover, Katie Buckner, Will Groover, and Zachary Hall.
5 great-grandchildren also survive.
