John Francis Langlois was born on June 12, 1940 in Laconia, NH, and 76 years later, he passed away on April 7, 2017 at Emory University Hospital. He proudly served his country as a member of the 101st Airborne Division. He was a music man for the first part of his life, and was a beer distributor later in his life. He was also an avid collector of Coca-Cola memorabilia, and a member of the Coca-Cola Collector's Club. John was also a lover of animals, and a supporter of "Paws of Atlanta", a local animal shelter. A memorial service will take place on Monday, April 10, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 600 Mountain View Drive, Stone Mountain, GA 30088. A celebration of life will take place following the service. Interment will occur Tuesday, April 12, 2017 at 11:30 AM at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Wanda Langlois of Stone Mountain, GA; daughter Lori Langlois (53 years old) of Stone Mountain, GA; son Larry (52 years old) and his wife Sheri of Seminole, FL; granddaughter Ashley Langlois (28 years old) and her fiancé William Anderson; grandson Lawrence Langlois (26 years old) and his wife Amanda; and sister Claire Musante of Bedford, NH.
