He is survived by:
Mother - Kim Conklin of Ormand Beach, FL.
Father - Lee Conklin of Ormand Beach, FL.
Brother - Joshua Conklin of Kennesaw
Grandparents - Jim and Ellen Peeples of Hawthorne, FL.
Grandmother - Nancy Theroux of Summerfield, FL.
Several aunts, uncles, and cousins, also survive.
