Lawrence Dean Turner, 73 of Ellijay formally of Canton, GA passed away Saturday October 22, 2011 at Day Break Hospice in Kennesaw, GA. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday October 24, 2011 from the Darby Funeral Home Chapel with interment in the Big Springs Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Donald Richards officiating. Family will receive friends on Sunday October 23, 2011 staring at 11:00 AM until the funeral hour on Monday. Survivors include Wife; Audrey Turner, Canton, GA. Daughters; Larinda & Darrel Campbell, Canton, GA; ReNita & Greg Carson, Woodstock, GA; Connie & Tim Davis, Ellijay, GA. 10 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren also survive.
