Mr. Layland Littleton Galt age 86 of Canton, GA, passed away on Jaunary 22, at the Brian Center in Canton. He was a veteran of the Marine Corps. and World War II. He is survived by his sons David Peyton Galt, of Hickory Flat; Leland Galt, of Greenville, North Carolina; daughters and sons-in-law Valye and Mark Hanson, of Hickory Flat; Genie and Joe Parker-Thoman, of Hickory Flat. Sister and brother-in-law LuLynn and Joel Sexton, of Newberry South Carolina; and sister-in-law Jean Galt. 10 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren also survive. No services are scheduled at this time, but will be scheduled at a later date.
