Nell Childers, 72, of Canton, passed away at her home on March 2, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, WC, and two sons, Jeffrey and Willie. She is survived by two sons, Glenn Childers and Matthew Childers (Jessica) and two daughters, Linda Phillips (Jeff Darnell) and Donna Bryan (Tony), all of Canton, and one daughter-in-law, Rose Childers-Fabiano of Hoschton; 9 grandchildren, Jeremy, Robert, Amanda, Joseph, Dewayne, Brittany, Justin, Ashley and Elizabeth. She also had 7 great grandchildren. Brothers , Wayne Yancey, Al & William Yancey, MS. Sister, Ruth Edwards, Canton, GA . Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Wednesday March 6, 2013 from the Chapel of the Darby Funeral Home, Rev. Troy Milford and Rev. Monroe Gunter will officiate. Burial will be in the Jersulam Baptist Church Cemetery, Jasper, Ga . Family will receive friends at funeral home Monday and Tuesday 10 Am – 9 PM . Family request in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Amedisys Home Health. The caring staff of the Darby Funeral Home is in Charge of arrangements.
