Robert "Bob" Murphy, 75 of Canton, GA passed away March 17, 2013 at his residence. Funeral services are scheduled for 5:00 P.M. Thursday March 21, 2013 from the Chapel of the Darby Funeral Home Chapel with rev. Charles Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the Cherokee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday 5P.M. – 7P.M. Survivors are his Wife, Susan Murphy, Canton, GA; Daughters & Son-in-laws, Carolyn & Michael Twining, Middleburg, FL and Katie & Christopher Breedlove, Locus Grove, GA; grandson, Turner Barrington Breedlove, Locus Grove, GA; Sisters & Brother-in-law, Kay Murphy, Silver Springs, MD; Barbara & Ron Winter, Elizabethton, TN; Brother, Swanson Allen, Calabash, NC. He was predeceased by his Sister, Elizabeth Murphy Allen. The family request that in lieu of flowers that donations may be made to the American Heart Association or Hospice Atlanta. The caring staff of the Darby Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
