Mrs. Ruby McAdams age 80 of Waleska, GA died Friday Febraury 23, 2018 at her residence. Ruby Worked at and later owned Georgian Hills Restaurant in Canton, GA for many years. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday February 26, 2018 from the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home. Rev. Steve Stansel and Rev. Terry Caylor officiating. interment will be in the Cherokee Memorial Park. Survivors include Husband Mike McLain, Waleska Son and Daughter-in-law Pete & Debbie McAdams, Ball Ground, GA Daughters and sons-in-law Peggy&Joe Rampley, Gainesville, Ga, Patsy & Jack Carter, Jasper, GA, Penny & Danny McCurley, Cartersville, GA, Paula Meza (Mark) , Jasper, GA & Phillis & Cliff Butcher, High Point NC. Sisters & Brother-in-law, Ola & Fred Thompson, Calhoun, Ga & Gail Hames, Woodstock, GA Brothers and sisters-in-law, Buddy & Jobyna Stansel, Jasper, GA, Steve & Sandy Stansel, Holly Springs, GA, Jimmy & Lisa Stansel, Holly Springs, GA and Marty & Judy Stansel, Holly Springs, GA 12 Grandchildren, 27 Great Grandchildren.She was preceeded in death by her parents, Claude & Nelia Stansel and brother Tommy Stansel.
