Ruth Bishop's Obituary
Mrs. Ruth Bishop, age 86 of Canton, passed away on Tuesday, September 5th at Halcyon Hospice. The family will recieve friends at Darby Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 6th and Thursday, September 7th from 12:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. The funeral will be held on Friday, September 8th at 11:00a.m. in the chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Rev. Horace Richards and Rev. Kent Samples officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park. She is survived by:
Son - Wayne Bishop of Holly Springs
Daughter - Joan Phyfe of Canton
Brother - Kenneth Patterson of Holly Springs
Four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren also survive.
Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to the North Canton Baptist Church Building Fund.
The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is in charge of these arrangements.
