On March 06, 2014 God welcomed into Heaven Sabrina Jacobs Radam : Loving Mother, Daughter, Friend and Tenacious Fighter on the war against cancer. Sabrina did things her way to the very end. Rest in God's peace and love, our dear Sabrina. We will never forget you and you'll be present in your Mother's and Boys' hearts forever. A celebration of Sabrina's life will be held on Monday, March 10, 2014, 5:00 PM- 7:00PM at the Woodmont Country Club. Rev. Donnie Hamrick and Rev. Steven Gibbs will officiate. Private interment will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Jonesboro, GA. Survivors include, her beloved sons, Jake Radam, Canton, GA , Cade Radam, Canton, GA and Luke Radam, Canton, GA, Mother and step- father Brenda & Al Yougel, Peachtree City, GA. Father, Densley Anderson ,Dawsonville,GA Adoptive Father Charles Jacobs, Saint Mary's, GA. Elisa Dauphinèe and family, MT Dora, FL. She is also survived by her beloved dog Murphy.
