Sybil Grace Padgett, age 84 of Canton, GA passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by most of her family and friends Thursday August 6, 2015. She was an active member of Arbor Hill Baptist Church Canton, GA. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00PM Sunday August 9, 2015 at Arbor Hill Baptist Church with interment following in the Arbor Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Cody Thomas, Rev. Gerral Richards and Rev. Bobby Padgett will officiate. Visitation for Mrs. Padgett will be Friday from 5:00PM- 10:00PM, Saturday from 1:00PM- 10:00PM and Sunday from 10:00AM- 12:00PM. She is survived by her son; Kim Padgett, Canton, GA, daughters; Lori Thomas, Canton, GA, Carol Griffin, Canton, GA, 4 grandchildren; Holly Padgett, Cody (Brittney) Thomas, Shannon (Brian) Freunscht, Emma Griffin, great grandchild; Kyle Freunscht and niece Lisa (Tim) Castleberry and great nieces Jesse (Joey) Cheshire and Janice (Bart) Perkins. Mrs. Padgett is preceded in death by her husband Earl Padgett. The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is in charge of these arrangements.
