Sunday October 18, 2009 from the Hickory Flat United Methodist Church He Leaves a wife of 50 years, Emma Lou C. Atkins Son, Theodore W. Atkins, Jr. Daughter, Vikki Fowler Two step-sons, Dion Costales & Jon Costales 12 Grandchildren 18 Great Grandchildren Also Survive . He was Pre-deceased by son, Timothy Atkins .
