Weldon Henson, age 90 Of the Keithburg Community, Canton, GA died on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the Seasons Hospice . Mr Henson was a Deacon at Mount Calvary Baptist Church , Retired postal carrier , and a World War II Army Veteran. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM on Saturday February 17, 2018 at Mount Calvary Baptist Church, Canton, GA. Rev. Brian Prance & Rev. Bobby McFarland will officiate. Interment will be accompanied with military honors. Viewing will begin on Friday at 12:00p.m. and the family will receive friends from 6 PM-8 PM. Survivors include Wife Valmon Henson, Canton, GA; sons Weldon Steve Henson, Cullowhee, NC, and Jerry Henson, Canton, GA; brother Mark Henson, Canton, GA; sisters Benelee Johnson, Canton, GA, Mary Ann Johnson, Canton, GA, Vivian Brookshire, Canton, GA, Janice Ghorley, Canton, GA & Cathy Appling, Canton, GA; three Grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
