Brinda Kelton, age 70 of Jackson, passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Dream Catcher Assisted Living. She was born May 6, 1949 in Savannah, Georgia, a daughter of the late James Burl Henley(Arrie) and Minnie Pearl Williams Rutledge.
Before retiring, she worked with David as the Office Manager of Kelton Business Systems for 25 years.
Brinda loved to sew and quilt. Her favorite saying was When Life Gives You Scraps - Make Quilts!
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband David Frank Kelton, Sisters Elizabeth Henley Barrett and Kathy Henley Hamilton

She is survived by:
Daughter - Sheryl (Wes) King of McDonough
Grandchildren – Dawson Babischkin, Tristan Thomas
Sisters – Frances Davis of Georgia and Diane Rock of North Carolina
Brother - Lt. Col. Tom Henley (Pamela) of Montana
Sister-in-Laws – Claudia Kelton of Virginia, Donna Kelton of North Carolina
Numerous Nieces and Nephews

Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 11:30pm at Georgia National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations sent to Bridgeway Hospice. The family would also like to express their appreciation for the love and care Brinda received to both Bridgeway Hospice and Dream Catchers Assisted Living Staff.
