Ms. Cathy June Waldrop, age 54, of Woodstock, Georgia passed away on Monday, September 26, 2016.
Cathy was born in Marietta, Georgia on August 16, 1962, the daughter of Hugh Chatham and Judy Martin Chatham. She enjoyed crafts and taking care of her home. Cathy was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was Baptist by faith.
She is survived by her parents, Hugh and Judy Chatham, daughter and son-in-law, Casey and D. L. Long, grandchildren Braden and Gage Long, Tallapoosa, Georgia; sister, Beth Allen, Dawsonville, Georgia and brother and sister-in-law, Brant and Nicole Chatham, Woodstock, Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Waldrop on June 20, 2002.
The family will receive friends at Darby Funeral Home, 480 E. Main Street, Canton, Georgia 30114, on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
The family will receive friends at J. Collins Funeral Home, Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. and the Memorial Service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Tony Sherrill officiating.
