John J. Fahey, 60, of Canton, Georgia, passed away peacefully at his residence on Sunday, October 19, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Born on Long Island, New York, to Joseph and Irene Fahey, John spent his early years in New York before venturing south and making Georgia his home. He built his life around his work as a dedicated truck driver—reliable, hardworking, and always ready for the next mile.
John will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his kindness to those he met on the road, and his devotion to his family. He found great pride in providing for those he loved and in the simple connection of being there for them.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Michele Fahey, of Canton, Georgia; his sons Brent Miller (Garrett Rowland) of Acworth, Georgia, Dakota Bazzy (Vanessa Zapata) of Cleveland, Georgia; and Joshua Fahey of Seattle, Washington; and his cherished grandchildren, Vera, Lauren and Liam.
Private services will be held at a later date.
John's memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, and his legacy of care and quiet strength will continue to inspire.
