Mary Dorothy Green Dunn, age 93 of Canton, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, July 25, 2017.
Mrs. Dunn taught in several elementary schools in Canton and was a sales representative of World Book Encyclopedia for many years. She was also a talented pianist who played in a number of Canton area churches, Methodist and Baptist. She was married to Felton Dunn, Sr. and was the daughter of the late W. R. Green who owned the Green Rail Restaurant. The family will receive friends at Darby Funeral Home on Friday, July 28, 2017 from 2:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 11:00a.m. in the chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Rev. Sandra Henry and Rev. Jim McRae officiating. She is survived by:
