Michael Andrew Troxell was born on April 2, 1970 to the late Mr. Marion D. Troxell and Gail Hill Troxell at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, GA. He departed this life on Thursday, August 13, 2015.
On January 20, 1996 he married his high school sweetheart, Stacy Williams Troxel and to this union two beautiful children were born: Emily Elizabeth and Andrew Dalton. Michael was a loving family man who dedicated his life to caring for his wife and children. He enjoyed camping, vacationing with family, and coaching soccer. He was a dedicated and valued employee of Quick Trip for over twenty years where he served in numerous roles.
He is preceded in is death by his brother Gary Troxell. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Stacy, his two beautiful children Emily and Andrew, his mother Ms. Gail Troxell, two sisters-Allison Troxell and Jill Burke, one brother, Blaine Troxell, his loving in laws George and Faith Williams, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and very close and devoted friends.
Michael was a kind gentle soul who was loved and respected by many. He will be missed but never forgotten.
The family will receive friends on Monday, August 17, 2015 from 2PM-5PM at Darby Funeral Home in Canton, GA. There will be no funeral service held following the visitation. In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted for the Troxell Family Benefit Memorial Fund at any Wells Fargo branch. The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
