Robert Estes Bullard, 81 of Canton, Georgia, passed away peacefully at his residence on the morning of Wednesday, July 2, 2025.

Robert was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He served 2 years in the Army with 1 year of service in the Vietnam War. Robert was a devout Christian and was a long-standing member of his church, Hickory Flat United Methodist Church in Canton, Georgia. He loved his family deeply, and pledged his allegiance to his alma mater, the Georgia Bulldogs.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, Lewis. T. Bullard and mother, Evelyn Bullard; brother, George Bullard; and sister, Carol Bullard Wilson.

He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn Padgett Bullard; 2 daughters, Angelyn Bullard (Phil) Peppers and Amy Bullard (Scott) Armstrong; grandchildren, Casey (Daniel) Turner, Trey (Savannah) Peppers, Dylan Armstrong, and Zack Peppers; and great granddaughter, Paisley Turner.

The family will receive friends at Darby Funeral Home on Sunday, July 13, 2025, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. A procession will leave the funeral home at 2:00pm on Monday, July 14, 2025, headed to Georgia National Cemetery where a graveside service will be held at 3:00pm with military honors.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Robert's memory to Hickory Flat United Methodist Church.
