Robin Kelly Hunt, 76, of Canton, GA. passed over to be with The Lord, January 24, 2020.

Kelly was an avid outdoorsman, craftsman, handyman, lover of music and most of all, a man proud of his family. He recently stated his family was his greatest accomplishment. Kelly (aka Pap to his grandchildren) was a creator of wonderful things affectionately known as Paptraptions (unique fixes of anything and everything). He was a loving mentor for his children, grandchildren, close family and friends. For many years, Kelly worked in the construction field then opened a music store in Canton. Later still, he owned an antique repair and refinishing business from which he retired. Our memories of him will be forever cherished and shared for generations.

Kelly is survived by his wife of 57 years, Melissa Baird Hunt: children, Jamie Hogue and her husband Randy Hogue, David K.Hunt and wife Leigh Ann Hunt and Andrew Hunt and wife Joey Hunt; five grandchildren Jackson Hogue and wife Claire, David A Hunt, Mabry Hunt, Avery Hunt and Gracyn Hunt; Siblings; Linda Schoen, Melody Ball and husband George, Kim Hunt and wife Cindy; many nieces and nephews.

Kelly was strong in his faith and love of the Lord. He was a member of Orange United Methodist Church.

The family will receive friends at Darby Funeral Home on Sunday, January 26th from 2:00 PM-5:00 PM and Monday January 27th from 9:30 AM-11:00 AM. Service will be held on Monday, January 27th at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home with Rev. Nathaniel Long officiating.
