Marlene Price, age 81 of Sarasota, FL., passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021 at Manatte Memorial Hospital. The family will receive friends at Canton Community Church on Saturday, July 10th from 10am to 12pm. The service will follow at the church at 12pm with Rev. Charles Davis officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.
Mrs. Price was preceded in death by her husband Larry Price, a minister for over 40 years. Larry and Marlene met at the Salvation Army Training School in 1963. She has been associated with and employed by the Salvation Army for well over 60 years. Marlene was a member of Canton Community Church in Canton, GA. and was a Beautiful gospel music piano player.
