Robert "Bob" Owen, age 81 of Canton passed away on February 17th, 2014 at Wellstar-Kennestone Hospital. Visitation for family and friends is scheduled for Thursday and Friday, February 20th and 21st, 2014, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Mount Zion Baptist Church. Reverend Doug Mulkey, Reverend Charles Davis, and Minister Elsie Ward will be officiating. Survivors are Daughter, Tammy Owen of Canton, GA; Brother, Jimmy Owen of Canton, GA; Grandchildren, Kelly Lovern of Canton, GA, Robert Tippens of Canton, GA; Great Grandchildren, Christian Tippens of Canton, GA, Alex Funderburk of Canton, GA; Special Friend Lavelle Dover; as well as several nieces and nephews.
