Anna Laura Young, (Annie), 76, of Canton, Georgia passed away in her home on June 28, 2010from her battle with lung cancer. Annie was born Montpelier, Vermont, July 1, 1933. Annie married Bob young on December 9, 1950. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 A.M. Thursday July 1, 2010 from the Chapel of Darby Huey Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Wednesday June 30, 2010 form 6-8 P.M. She is survived by husband Robert (Bob) Young Sr., Daughters, Dorothy (Dottie) A. and Randall Johnson, Ruth E. Young, Patricia (Patti) J. and Gary Johnson, Son, Robert (Bob) P. Young Jr., Grandchildren, Mindy R. Johnson, Kristy Johnson, Mikey Johnson, Steven R. Guillemette, Billy L. Price, Great Grandchildren, Ashley and Justin Guillemette, Brother, Armand C. LaCount of Middlesex, VT, all of whom were the joy of her life. Anna was a Brownie Leader, and Cub Scout Den Mother. Anna was an ardent reader and enjoyed watching her favorite TV shows. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cancer Society and/or the American Heart Association.
