Barbara Starnes Pagoota, born Barbara Lois Starnes, on October 14, 1934, in Charlotte NC, peacefully passed away May 29, 2021. Barbara grew up and lived in Charlotte, attending Tech High School and Central Piedmont Community College. She spent many years as a Legal Assistant for local attorneys until she became a mom. She and her husband moved to Canton GA in 2010. Barbara survived her husband of 50 years; William Martin Pagoota Jr. She is survived by daughter Wanda Pagoota Stout, two stepsons; Ron Pagoota and Mike Pagoota, 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 1 sister, many nieces, and countless friends and family. Barbara will be buried in Georgia National Cemetery alongside of the love of her life.
