Mohammad "Behrooz" Farrokhzadian, 72 of Ball Ground, died Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at Northside Hospital Forsyth.
He is survived by, Iran Farrokhzadian (spouse) of Ball Ground, GA, Hengameh Maalowi (daughter) of Cave Creek, AZ, Homa Bohatir (daughter) of Phoneix, AZ, Homayoun Farraokhzadian (son) of Kansas City, MO, Parviz Farrokhzadian (brother) of San Diego, CA, Zahara Farrokhzadian (sister) of Tehran, Iran,
Funeral services will be held November 29, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at Greenlawn Cemetery in Roswell. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery on Sunday, November 29, 2009.
