Brent August Rauschenberg, age 40 of Woodstock, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2016 and Northside Hospital Cherokee. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 11, 2016 from 5:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. at Darby Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at 6:00p.m. from the chapel at Darby Funeral Home. Casual attire welcomed. He is survived by his father, Richard Rauschenberg of Warner Robins, his mother, Bonnie Cheatam of Woodstock, his sister, Lori (Dean) Christian of Canton, nephew, Caleb Christian, and niece, Reese Christian of Canton. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Saint Jude Children's Hospital. The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is in charge of these arrangements.
