Charles Wade Esserwein, 81 of Canton, GA., passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at Northside Hospital Cherokee. Visitation will be Sunday, November 19th from 2-5pm at Darby Funeral Home. The funeral will be Wednesday, November 22nd at 11am in the chapel of Darby Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 1pm at Georgia National Cemetery. Rev. Charles Barfield will officiate.

He is survived by:
Wife - Judy Esserwein of Canton, GA.
Son - Andy (Michelle) Esserwein of Canton, GA.
Brother - Phillip (Sue) Esserwein of Baltimore, MD.
Sister - Ruth Norwood of MD.
Grandchild - Sarah Esserwein of Canton, GA.
Nephews - Timothy Norwood of Maryland, and David Norwood of Maryland.
Niece- Lovella Paradiso, North Carolina
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in his memory.
