Mr. Gilbert is survived by his wife; Janet Carey Gilbert, Canton, GA, sons; Charles Gilbert, Jr., IL, Colin (Andrea) Carey, Athens, GA, Patrick Carey, Memphis, TN, daughters; Teresa Kissel, Canton, GA, Alisha (Austin) Gelder, Kennesaw, GA, Shane (Tommy) Hochbrueckner, FL and 11 grandchildren. The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is honored to serve the Gilbert family.
