Cooper Edward Riggs Jr. passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2016 at Windsor Hospice. A memorial service is scheduled for Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 1 PM at Georgia National Cemetery. Survivors include son Cooper Edward Riggs III of Old Fort, TN; sister Katie Millsapp of Canton, GA; and grandchild Dakota Riggs. The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is honored to serve the Riggs Family.
