Mr. Dalton Poland, age 84 of Canton and formerly of Rome, Ga, died on Sunday February 26, 2017. Dalton worked and retired after 37 years with Inland Container. Funeral Services will be held at 12:30 P.M. Wednesday March 1, 2017 from the Chapel of the Darby Funeral Home, Pastor Jason Grissom will officiate. Interment will be in the Georgia National Cemetery with military honors. Survivors include his wife Jean Poland, Canton, GA, Daughter and son-in-law, Vanessa & Don Gravitt, Acworth, GA, sons and daughter-in-law, Jonathan Todd Poland, Cedar Bluff, AL and David Wayne & Laura Poland, Canton, GA . Brothers Dee Poland, Cedar Bluff Al. and Jack Poland, Anniston, AL Three Grandchildren, Christopher Daniel Poland, Travis Ray Poland, and Allison Michelle Gravitt.
