David Wilson Rogers, age 51 of Canton, GA, passed away on Monday, April 11, 2022 at his home. David attended the Atlanta Institute of Art and Gwinnet Technical College where he studied Landscape Design. He owned his own landscaping business for most of his life and loved being outside in nature. He had just started working at Home Depot in the Garden Center a few weeks before his death.

David is survived by his Mother, Jean Rogers Erickson, his Stepfather, Jim Erickson both of Canton, GA; his Sister, Stephanie Rogers of Oklahoma City, OK; his Stepbrother, Karl Erickson of Midwest City, OK and his fur baby, Lexie, and his step-brothers, Francisco Vidales Hildebrandt of Houston, TX and Santiago Vidales Hildebrandt (Lorella) of Houston, TX.

David was predeceased by his father, Stuart Theodore Rogers, and his Grandparents: Kenneth Wilson and Alice Joan Rogers of Sherman, CT and Fred Burbank and Dorothy Dee Hamilton of Colorado.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home in Canton, GA. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until time of the service. Following the service, the family invites everyone to gather for a picnic – details to follow.
