David Thomas Sargent, age 78 of White, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2016 at his residence. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. He is survived by his wife Jane Sargent of Canton, a son Patrick (Jennifer) Sargent of Canton, daughters Jennifer (William) Hill of Wyoming and Lisa (Michael) Owenby of Florida, sisters Janet Bailey of Roswell and Karen Lequinn of Summerville. Seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also survive. The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is in charge of these arrangements.
