Survivors are Wife Sheryl Vogt, Ball Ground, Ga , Mother Velma Vogt , Phoenix AZ . Sisters Patricia Moore , Las Vegas NV and Joanne Sasser, Phoenix AZ Family request in lieu of flowers donations to TAKE THE LEAD
