Visitation Thursday June 18, 2009 4 PM- 9 PM Survivors are her husband, Mark Whitmore, Canton Son, Chris Klein, Acworth, Ga , daugter, Denise Slaker, Ball Ground, Ga , brother, Craig Wentworth, Macon, Ga Grandchildren , Kayla Klein, William Klein , and Haley Slaker, also survive.
